Established in 2026, Cooper’s Southern Bistro brings a hearty helping of comfort to Spartanburg. Our menu moves from crab dip and peel & eat shrimp to chopped steak, bourbon-glazed pork chops, and Mahi New Orleans — familiar favorites with a little bistro flair.
